This quilt is made of 5-inch squares from the Lulu Lane collection by Corey Yoder for Moda Fabrics. I loved this collection and went wild when I bought it. By that I mean I bought a lot of it. As a quilter I can never have enough fabric, right? Anyway, all of the X's are made from the squares.
I will include the Pinwheel baby quilt with this one since it was made from the triangles that were cut away from the squares unless the buyer does not want it. The Pinwheel quilt is 28 x 31.25 inches.

The title of this quilt is from the fabric collection used to make it. My husband said he couldn't figure out why it was called Biscuits and Gravy because it didn't look like the gravy and biscuits he fixes. I don't know why the name, I just know I love the fabric and the simple squares with cornerstones. It will be a good quilt for cuddling with your child on the sofa watching cartoons on Saturday mornings or any other time.

This is a panel quilt with a pieced first border accented with a black outside border. The cheerful blocks are reminders of Fall Festivities arriving with the onset of Halloween. It can be nicely displayed as a wall hanging throughout the Fall Season or used to cuddle under on cooler evenings inside or outdoors.
High quality flannel front makes it soft to the touch. The back is made of warm fleece providing immediate warmth to the user as a lap or throw. The compact size makes it adaptable for outdoor events and light enough to easily fold and carry in the car. I made this quilt in my smoke-free home and it was longarm quilted in a smoke-free home as well. The quilting design consists of a spider and web pattern. The panel is from Connecting Threads.

High quality 100% Cotton Flannel was used for the top. The back is made of anti-pill fleece from 100% Polyester.
Batting:
Batting was not used in lieu of anti-pill fleece used for the back of the quilt.

Description:
The “bouncing ball” border fabric was the inspiration for this quilt. I started it in a class teaching curved piecing where I did the pieced ball. Then I decided to add appliqué “balls” that were created using the decorative stitches on my machine. What fun I had creating and applying these balls! In addition to quilting along the curved lines of the quilt and around the balls, I then quilted in the bounces! The bright colors and happy motif of this quilt will delight young and old alike.
If you desire, a free, embroidered personalized label will be added to the back of the quilt with wording of your choice.

Warm & Natural 87% Cotton & 13% Polypropylene - Cool in summer and warm in winter.
