Joyce Evanishen
Joyce Evanishen
I live in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia and have been quilting for over 20 years. I do a variety of quilting and quilt sizes from bed-sized quilts, lap quilts, and my favourites, baby quilts. I also do a lot of appliqueing on wall hangings and baby quilts. I do my own piecing and quilting on my domestic Janome machine. Most of my work has been traditional quilting. However, I have been exploring with some modern-style quilting. I belong to a Fiber Art group and won a Rosette for a Canadian Quilter Guild challenge in 2010.
My home is scent-free and smoke-free.

Untitled Document I was thrilled with the whole process. Even though I did not give Joyce much time, the quilt, Double Wedding Ring, was completed on time and is exquisite!". - LB, Canada
